Call for proposals - WWP EN Grants for safe, effective and sustainable perpetrator work

 

In 2024, The European Network for the Work with Perpetrators of Domestic Violence (WWP EN) will offer its members the opportunity to receive financial support through grants.

 

Who can apply?

 

Applicants must fulfil all the criteria listed below:

 

  • Be a full member of the WWP European Network (affiliate members are not eligible)
  • Be a legal entity and a private non-profit organization (public bodies are not eligible)
  • Be a legal entity and a private non-profit organisation,
  • Based in Europe (EU and non-EU)
    • For non-EU applicants, priority in awarding grants will be given to organisations based in the Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership countries.
  • Respect EU values as laid down in Art.2 of the Treaty on European Union and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.

 

Available grants:

 

  • Priority 1: Improving the quality of perpetrator interventions and capacity building – EUR 15 000
  • Priority 2: Improving practice to ensure compliance with quality standards for perpetrator programmes and pursuing European accreditation – EUR 20 000
  • Priority 3: Ensuring continuous availability of good quality perpetrator interventions – EUR 5 000

 

Activities eligible for funding:

 

  • Training
  • Capacity building
  • Setting up, running and ensuring continuity of services
  • Activities for improving and evaluating service quality (including an external process)
  • Setting up or improving programme evaluation
  • Improving victim support and collaboration with victim support services
  • Improving coordinated community response
  • Improving specialized interventions for specific groups of perpetrators
  • Improving child protection (incl. programmes for perpetrators who are fathers, developing or improving child protection policies)
  • Improving risk assessment
  • Improving informatisation of data collection and data management
  • Improving advocacy capacity/reach with local administrations and key public authorities to improve multi-agency work

  • 16 January, 14:00 CET: General information meeting for applicants
  • 13 February, 14:00 CET: Budget information meeting for applicants
  • 5 March, 14:00 CET: Q&A session for applicants

How can you apply?

 

  1. Read the full call for applications
  2. Register an account in the Online Grant Management System by clicking the “Register” button and following the instructions provided in the system.
    1. Note: If you applied for a previous grant, you already have an account on the Online Grant Management System. Instead of registering again, use this account to log in and then follow step 3 below.
  3. Submit your application through the Online Grant Management System. After logging in, fill out your application and click “Submit”. You will receive a copy of your application via e-mail.
